Product Description

Dehydration screen is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment, mainly used to dehydrate solid particles suspended in water. Here's how it works:

1. Feeding: Introduce water containing solid particles into the Dewatering Screen through the feeding port.

2. Filtration: After the water enters the dehydration screen, the solid particles are blocked on the screen through the action of the screen, while the water flows out through the screen.

3. Pressing: In order to further remove moisture, the solid particles can be pressed by applying external pressure or rotating screens, so that they can be dehydrated more thoroughly.

4. Solid discharge: The dehydrated solid particles gradually accumulate on the screen to form a solid cake. When the cake reaches a certain thickness, it can be scraped off or discharged from the screen through a scraper or vibrating device.

5. Liquid discharge: The filtered and pressed water flows out through the outlet of the dewatering screen to achieve solid-liquid separation.
