Product Description

Circular Vibrating Screen is a commonly used screening equipment. Its working principle is as follows:

1. Circular vibrating screen consists of screen box, vibrator, spring support device and motor. One or more layers of screens are installed in the screen box, and materials enter the screen box from the feed port.

2. The motor generates exciting force through the vibrator, which vibrates the screen box periodically. The vibration force is transmitted to the screen box, causing the material to produce continuous throwing motion in the screen box.

3. Under the action of vibration force, the material passes through the pores of the screen. The larger particles are screened out, and the smaller particles pass through the screen and enter the next layer of screen for screening.

4. During the screening process, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen is spiral-shaped. Larger particles roll downward along the screen, while smaller particles pass through the screen.

5. After screening, materials of different particle sizes can be obtained through different apertures of different layers of screens.
